El proyecto busca mejorar las condiciones de vida de quienes habitan a lo largo de la v\u00eda que tiene 35.5 kil\u00f3metros, y que ellos por m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada esperaron esta obra y la misma se hace realidad gracias a la decisi\u00f3n de la refecta Roberta Zambrano Ortiz.<\/p><p>Estos trabajos arrancaron el mi\u00e9rcoles 23 de junio de 2021, y se ejecutan tras haberse efectuado con anterioridad, labores de limpieza, reconformaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda y estabilizaci\u00f3n de taludes, acciones que fueron resaltadas por <strong>Luis S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, ingeniero perteneciente a la Direcci\u00f3n de Infraestructura Vial y Desarrollo de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas.<\/p><p>El proyecto es posible gracias a las gestiones hechas por Roberta Zambrano como prefecta de Esmeraldas, quien solicit\u00f3 las competencias sobre la v\u00eda, para empezar a ser intervenida por administraci\u00f3n directa.<\/p><p><strong>\u00c1lvaro \u00c1lava<\/strong>, vicepresidente del Gobierno Parroquial de Lagarto, quien se encontraba en el sitio donde iniciaron los trabajos, manifest\u00f3 sentirse satisfecho y dijo que se est\u00e1 recuperando la credibilidad en la prefectura de Esmeraldas, tras ser enga\u00f1ados junto a otros habitantes, por muchos a\u00f1os en la administraci\u00f3n pasada.<\/p><p>Para <strong>Geovanni Navia Carranza, <\/strong>habitante de la parroquia Lagarto, el mejoramiento de la v\u00eda los beneficiar\u00e1 en la reducci\u00f3n del tiempo en los desplazamientos.<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan se conoci\u00f3, debido a la magnitud del proyecto, el asfaltado de la v\u00eda de 35.5 kil\u00f3metros se realizar\u00e1 por partes, cuya fase inicial que ya arranc\u00f3, propone el asfaltado de 10 kil\u00f3metros, y el mantenimiento total de la carretera.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cumpliendo un cronograma de trabajo planificado, t\u00e9cnicos de la Prefectura de Esmeraldas iniciaron los trabajos de imprimaci\u00f3n y arenado, previa al asfaltado, de los primeros 10 kil\u00f3metros de la v\u00eda que une a los cantones Rioverde y Eloy Alfaro, a trav\u00e9s de la ruta que conecta a las parroquias Lagarto y Anchayacu.
