Para cumplir esta acci\u00f3n un veh\u00edculo tipo retroexcavadora, cumple las funciones encomendadas.<\/p><p>A bordo de su veh\u00edculo tipo motocicleta, <strong>Ra\u00fal Loayza<\/strong>, joven habitante de una de las comunidades asentadas en la zona, expres\u00f3 ver de manera positiva el inicio de los trabajos de intervenci\u00f3n ejecutados por la Prefectura de Esmeraldas, en atenci\u00f3n a un requerimiento de la sociedad.<\/p><p>Evidenciando la ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos, que adem\u00e1s incluyeron el encausamiento de corrientes agua que fluyen entre las monta\u00f1as, do\u00f1a <strong>Rosa Chica<\/strong>, habitante una de las zonas intervenidas, dijo ver con agrado la realizaci\u00f3n de los trabajos, que permitir\u00e1n mejorar la v\u00eda.<\/p><p>Haciendo un alto en las labores del campo, <strong>Norberto Vidal<\/strong>, agricultor, manifest\u00f3 que, ante la idea de mejorar la v\u00eda, como una herramienta esencial para el transporte, econom\u00eda y acceso a otros servicios, los trabajos de mejora eran necesarios.<\/p><p>Entre otras cosas, <strong>Vidal<\/strong> aprovech\u00f3 para enviar un mensaje de apoyo al trabajo y la gesti\u00f3n aplicada por Roberta Zambrano, prefecta de Esmeraldas, en beneficio del sector rural de la provincia.<\/p><p>Los trabajos, que apenas iniciaron, pretenden minimizar el deterioro y riesgo de colapso por taponamiento de las alcantarillas, en ciertos tramos de la
